General Summary:

Maintains safety and security of patients at all times by assisting nursing staff in the monitoring of patients on emergency petition, with mental health diagnosis (such as psychiatric conditions and suicidal ideology), as well as behavioral health issues. Assists in providing a safe environment for cognitively impaired, disoriented, manic and/or patients who may self- harm.
