Patient Safety Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Patient Safety Manager to join our team on a part‑time basis (3 days per week), supporting services across the Midlands and North West regions of England; Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Stockton‑on‑Tees. This hybrid role offers flexibility, though it will require regular travel, including occasional overnight stays, with adequate notice always provided. The role will cover Integrated Urgent Care services (including 111, out of hours, clinical assessment services and GP practices). You will play a key role in promoting a strong culture of safety, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of services.
