As a Patient Service and Success Manager (f/m/d) , you would be responsible for:



  • Contacting patients via the Patient Contact Center in ClinLife at the call time specified by the patients.

  • Following the Patient Contact flow journey, to ensure we successfully reach the patient.

  • Conducting the offline phone screener as per the script provided and recording the patient answers.
