Job Description
We are looking/hiring for Patient Service Associates to be outsourced to our client’s place.
Responsibilities:
- Performing registration of patients
- Payment collection
- Assist with walk-in patients and handling general enquiries
- Simple administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing and printing
- Update and maintain proper documentation
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Dip/ Nitec/ GCE N/O/A level
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Able to commit for 3 months for temporary role
