MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFIC 1)
Receives and greets patients who come for diagnostic radiological examinations. 2)
Registers patients manually or electronically into the SAP and RIS. 3)
Prints out patients' identification labels and bills patients accordingly. 4)
Schedule appointment for inpatients and outpatients. 5)
Receives and sorts out request forms from the wards/appointment cases 6)
Assists in advising and directing patients who require financial assistance and counselling 7)
Maintains cleanliness of work areas and immediate spot cleaning when cleaners are not available at hand. 8)
Ensures that request forms are duly completed with complete information such as patient's particulars, doctor's signatures etc. 9)
Prepares and summarizes the daily cash collection before handling over to the CISCO agency for banking. 10)
Responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of stationery requirements and topping up of brochures in all waiting a...
