Counter & Reception Service
- Handle patient enquiries, face to face and via phone.
- Perform patient registration electronically and collection of payment.
- Ensure Request forms and checklist are prepared before patient turn up for Radiological examinations.
- Assist to process medisave account.
- Handle the process of CD/ films/ Radiological report requests.
Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinate the patient’s flow by working closely with external department colleagues (e.g., SOC consultation, Inpatient, etc.).
- Make pre-appointment calls to remind patients of appointments (e.g., MRI appointments).
General Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstations, reception counters, and patient waiting areas at all times.
- Actively participate in process improvement projects to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
