This role is responsible for managing patient registration, facilitating smooth check-in workflows, and delivering exceptional front-line service to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities
+ Register patients accurately in Epic and ensure all demographic and insurance information is complete

+ Operate independently during evening and weekend shifts with minimal supervision
