Patient Service Trainee

Start your healthcare career with us - no experience needed! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dental clinic as a Patient Service Trainee. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring every visit is smooth and pleasant. Full training provided. 5-day work week, day shifts only. What You Will Do Manage patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-up scheduling
Process patient payments accurately (cash, card, NETS)
Submit and track dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals
Respond to patient enquiries professionally - in person, by phone, and email
Support clinic operations with filing, data entry, and supply management
What You Need Diploma or degree in any discipline
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic computer applications
Available for rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day
Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome - training provided
