What You Will Do
Manage patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-up scheduling
Process patient payments accurately (cash, card, NETS)
Submit and track dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals
Respond to patient enquiries professionally - in person, by phone, and email
Support clinic operations with filing, data entry, and supply management
