POSITION SUMMARY:####### Is responsible for receiving all incoming patients to Emergency Room, processing direct admissions, and serving all patients requiring outpatient services.# Completes and distributes all necessary forms obtaining necessary signatures, insurance information, etc.# #Obtains/ processes information on the hospital#s Health Information Management System as required in performing job responsibilities.# Responsible for receiving all calls through the switchboard promptly and courteously, paging and transferring calls to the appropriate destinations.
