Location: UCHealth Medical Center off the Rockies, US:CO: Loveland
Department: UCHealth Virtual Health Center PTT
Work Schedule: Full Time, hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Nights
Pay: $18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.
Responsibilities:
+ Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
+ Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
+ Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
