Our client is a fast growing international fintech company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of User Operations / User Growth to lead user-centric operations for a global digital asset platform. Candidate MUST have prior crypto/web3/payment working experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end user operations including onboarding, account management and support integration, ensuring seamless user journeys
- Partner with Data and Product teams to analyze user behavior and engagement metrics using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Capable to translate insights into concrete improvements in user flows and retention
