We're hiring a Payment Policy Manager to help shape the rules and frameworks that govern how Alipay+ partners — wallets, acquirers, payment systems, and merchants — operate together safely and efficiently. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, compliance, and risk, translating fast-moving fintech innovation into clear, scalable policies.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the core decision-making that shapes Alipay+'s global partnership ecosystem — ideal for someone who wants to grow into a top-tier payments policy expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the rulebook — Maintain and evolve the governing framework for Alipay+ partnerships, covering onboarding, clearing, settlement, fraud, and dispute handling
- Train internal teams — Design and deliver training so stakeholders across the business share a consistent understanding of our policy logic and tools
