About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payment Operations Specialist to join our digital banking operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of outgoing and incoming payment transactions in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established cut-off times. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining payment integrity across multiple payment channels, including RPP, RENTAS, and SWIFT, while working closely with internal teams and external correspondent banks to support smooth daily payment operations in a fast-paced digital banking environment.
