Description We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to oversee accurate and timely payroll operations for a multi-entity workforce in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who can balance compliance, analysis, and employee support while managing complex multi-state payroll activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting year-end and retirement-related reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete bi-weekly payroll cycle for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate processing for a workforce of more than 750 employees across several states using Workday payroll tools.
