Job Description
Senior Accountant (Payroll Accountant) handles advanced accounting, reconciliations, and compliance work, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. This role supports the Finance Lead in managing both FinOps and FinMan functions. The Senior Accountant may be assigned to a specific entity and will focus on one company, while maintaining readiness to assist across group-level accounting needs.
A key priority of this role is end-to-end payroll processing. This includes accurate and timely computation of incentives, commissions, adjustments, and payroll-related reconciliations, ensuring that employee compensation is correct, well-documented, and compliant with internal policies and government regulations.
