Seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our fast-growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient data processing and administration services to ensure accurate payroll records of employees as well as to contribute to the timely and accurate payment of salaries to all staff. Your duties will also include the following:
- Process new employees.
- Employee transfers.
- Process terminations.
- Importing payroll batches for payment.
- Individual leave reconciliations for employees and processing of leave adjustments.
- Ad-hoc payroll-related duties.
- Preparation of manual payments excluded from the monthly pay run cycle.
- Preparation of monthly pay run.
- Provide payslips and IRP5 to employees.
