Payroll, Payroll administrator, Payroll bureau Role OverviewWe are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's busy Payroll Bureau team within a leading accountancy practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.Key Responsibilities Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for multiple clients across various sectors. Calculate and input statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) and deductions (PAYE, NIC, pensions). Ensure compliance with RTI submissions and HMRC regulations. Administer auto-enrolment pension schemes and liaise with pension providers. Handle payroll queries from clients promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure GDPR compliance. Assist with year-end processes including P60s, P11Ds, and PAYE reconciliations.
