Job Description
- Oversee the delivery of payroll services to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation
- Review and validate payroll outputs, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions
- Translate specific Enterprise Agreement requirements, policies, and employment conditions, and ensure they are correctly applied
- Provide payroll advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
