Purpose of the Job
The Payroll Analyst supports the administrative execution of country-specific payrolls, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations and organizational policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries, ensuring colleagues receive accurate and efficient service. Working with the Global Payroll Director, the Payroll Analyst helps align local payroll operations with the company’s general payroll strategy while continuously ensuring best practices are followed and processes remain efficient and compliant with market standards.
