Job Description- Manage payroll processing and validation for multiple Asian countries (except India)
- Review and audit payroll outputs prepared by external vendors
- Handle payroll adjustments, final payments, and statutory compliance
- Support financial reporting, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage employee payroll queries and stakeholder communications
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, audits, and tax reporting
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects
- Has 5 years of regional payroll experience within financial institutions industries
