We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will process weekly and biweekly payroll, maintain employee time records, and manage employee benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Experience working in international companies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross monthly salary: $28,000 - $32,000 MXN.
