Job Description
Our client in the logistics and transport industry is looking to employ a Payroll and Driver Performance Controller to join their team based in Pinetown KwaZulu - Natal.
Purpose of this role:
To manage and control driver payroll and earnings, ensuring all payments are accurate, performance-based, compliant with Bargaining Council regulations, and aligned to actual operational output.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in Payroll (high volume) and/or Data control / reconciliation
- Experience in Logistics or transport industry, Km-based driver payroll and Bargaining Council environments
- Strong skills in Excel and Data analysis
- Strong understanding of Payroll systems and Compliance processes
