Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll, including new hires, salary adjustments, and tax withholdings.
- Review employee timecards/punches for accuracy and resolve paycheck discrepancies.
- Manage employee files and coordinate with HR/PEO.
Accounts Payable (AP) Responsibilities
- Verify vendor invoices, and process payments.
- Manage employee expense reports, ensuring proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices and distribute them, ensuring accuracy of charges.
- Track payments, follow up on delinquent accounts, and resolve payment issues.
- Apply customer payments and manage aging reports.
