Payroll & Benefits Manager
A growing manufacturing organization in Brampton, ON is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee Canadian and U.S. payroll operations and benefits administration. This is a 100% on‑site position that will begin as a 3‑month contract with strong potential to convert to a permanent role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions while providing leadership and support to payroll team members in Canada and the U.S. This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in an independent environment and enjoys taking ownership of payroll and benefits operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- $45 to $55/hour
- 3 month contract with potential for an extension
- 100% on‑site in Brampton, ON
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1‑hour unpaid lunch)
