Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Officer to manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation, compliance with statutory requirements, and proper handling of employee compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time for employees
Handle manual payroll processing and payroll-related computations
Administer employee benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated contributions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Maintain payroll records, employee files, and confidential information
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll and benefits concerns
