Hire Resolves client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their team as a Payroll Clerk in Strand, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees on a timely basis Ensure accuracy of all payroll data, including hours worked, taxes, and deductions Prepare and distribute paychecks or electronic deposits to employees Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues Assist with payroll reporting and analysis Maintain confidentiality of payroll information Work closely with HR department to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records Requirements:
