Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee the accurate preparation and processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage bi-weekly payroll for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and verify timesheets for discrepancies and resolve any errors promptly.
• Update and maintain payroll and accounting systems with approved changes.
• Process off-cycle payrolls, including final pay, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Handle wage garnishments and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Reconcile open enrollment and monthly employee benefits invoices.
• Enter employee expense reimbursements for payment and process paper checks as needed.
