Job Description
We?re looking for a detail-driven, organised, and people-savvy Payroll Clerk to support our Payroll Officer with the day-to-day magic behind payroll administration, time & attendance, leave processing, and employee master data maintenance.

What you?ll be doing
Time & Attendance Administration
- Review daily Time & Attendance records and capture leave or absenteeism where applicable
- Prepare absenteeism reports for management review
- Assist with investigating and resolving T&A discrepancies
- Process overtime, short time, leave, absenteeism, and hours worked documentation
- Maintain the Time & Attendance system by adding new employees and removing terminated employees
