What You'll Do
• Support monthly payroll administration and employee data updates in HRIS.
• Assist in managing employee benefits administration, including BPJS and insurance enrollment/updates.
• Help prepare payroll-related reports, employee data recaps, and supporting documents.
• Support PPh 21, BPJS, and other statutory administration processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll and employee data accuracy.
What We're Looking For
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Human Resources, Accounting, Management, Psychology, or related majors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus).
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Available for a full-time internship for 4 months.
