Position Summary The Temporary Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing weekly payroll for a high-volume workforce of 150+ employees in a fast-paced construction environment. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely tax payments while maintaining continuity during a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 150+ employees, including field and office staff
- Review and validate timecards, job cost coding, and pay rates for accuracy
- Coordinate with field supervisors to resolve missing or incorrect time entries
