Our client, a reputable bureau/consultancy are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their team in their Brentwood office.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements.
* Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients.
* Managing payroll deadlines and requirements of your own personal portfolio of payroll clients.
* Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in-house training courses.
* Managing import/export of new employee and timesheet data onto the payroll platform, including#
* Processing statutory payments.
* Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in-house systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Distributing payslips to multiple platforms.
