Job Description
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for outsourced employees, including contract and temporary staff. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements, manages payroll-related enquiries, and liaises with clients and employees on payroll matters. Supports onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and payroll administration while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery.
Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll for contract and outsourced employees accurately and on time.
- Verify timesheets, attendance, overtime, and payroll-related claims.
- Ensure compliance with CPF, SDL, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll enquiries from employees and clients.
- Maintain employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
