Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to enhance satisfaction by managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess at least a GCE 'A' level or diploma and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
This 2-year renewable contract involves handling payroll-related queries, data collection for customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with alternate Saturday duties.
Compensation is competitive, with a maximum salary of $3,000 plus performance bonus.
