Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end payroll implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects across Asia Pacific
- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder coordination
- Work with HR, IT, and regional teams to gather requirements and design payroll solutions
- Oversee payroll system configuration, testing, data migration, and validation activities
- Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements across multiple countries
- Drive payroll process improvements, standardisation, and automation initiatives
- Manage integration between payroll systems and HRIS, finance, and other enterprise platforms
- Design and troubleshoot system interfaces and integrations (e.g., Workday and related tools)
