IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Payroll/Benefits Manager
SUMMARY: Manage payroll functions to ensure wages are disbursed accurately, on time and with a focus on customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
+ Process and update payroll data for all District employees and maintain accurate, up-to-date files of all payroll information within established timelines. Oversee reconciliation of time records, including deductions, benefits, unpaid leave agreements, work agreements, etc., to ensure accurate and timely distribution of payroll checks.
