Role Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and in a timely manner, in adherence to relevant policies and legal requirements.
- Overseeing the management of employee benefit schemes, including payroll processing and liaising with external partners, ensuring compliance and smooth operation.
- Collaborating closely with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate payroll data and improve system efficiencies.
