About The Position
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our global People Operations team. This is a true, hands‑on practitioner role designed for an experienced individual contributor who will be directly responsible for executing end‑to‑end payroll cycles. There is no people management involved in this position; you will fully own the operational execution of our payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Payroll Execution: Personally manage and execute full‑cycle payroll processing for the US and Canada independently, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with local legislation.
- Data Analysis & Integrity: Manage, analyze, and interpret large volumes of complex payroll data, inputs, adjustments, and reconciliations.
