Payroll Supervisor – Job Description
Main Job Functions: Supervise the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly, semi-monthly, and weekly payroll for the Group.
- Compute and process final payroll for outgoing employees and validate supporting documents.
- Assist the Accounting team in generating payroll accounting entries for posting to the books of records.
- Support the Accounting team in preparing compensation tax returns.
- Maintain databases related to the preparation and filing of annualized compensation records to regulators.
- Assist the HR team in resolving employee concerns related to payroll.
