Detailed Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for onshore and offshore employees, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
Maintain payroll master data, process salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave salary, gratuity, end‑of‑service benefits, and final settlements in accordance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Generate salary transfer files (SIF), prepare bank transfer instructions, and coordinate payroll payments with banks and relevant stakeholders within established timelines.
Maintain accurate employee and crew bank records and resolve payroll payment‑related issues in coordination with banks and internal departments.
Prepare and distribute monthly payslips and respond to payroll‑related employee queries in a timely manner.
