Payroll Officer (SAGE 300) POSITION INFO:
Our client in the FMCG / Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a 3-month contract . The successful candidate will be responsible for the full payroll function across wage and salary employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full payroll function for wages and salaries
- Collate, analyse, and verify time and attendance reports
- Process payroll inputs including hours, leave, allowances, and deductions
- Capture and maintain payroll data on SAGE300 Payroll system
- Generate and distribute payslips, resolve payroll queries
- Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Handle UIF, EMP201, and SARS submissions
- Process provident fund contributions and claims
