  • $45.79ph + super
  • Penrith NSW location with hybrid flexibility
  • Temp contract until 25th September 2026

About the Role

Our client is a NSW government organization based in Penrith NSW. They are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to come in and work with them on a temp contract opportunity until 25th September 2026 with possible extensions.

Candidates for this role will ideally have:

  • Proven end to end payroll processing experience
  • Previous local government experience
  • Experience with UKG and Empower knowledge (not essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills and experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Weekly Payroll Processing: Validating and entering timesheets, variations, and payroll data into the Empower system weekly.
  • Leave Administration: Processing leave applications, verifying balances, and ensuring sick leave complies with...
