Responsibilities*
Payroll Accrual & Journal Entries
- Independently prepare payroll and AIP accrual journal entries
- Calculate amounts, determine accounts, prepare templates, and
coordinate approvals
- Record, review, validate, and reverse entries when required
Allocation & Reclassification Entries
- Prepare allocation entries based on headcount or percentage splits
- Execute payroll reclassification entries with proper approvals
- Ensure correct account mapping and documentation
