Role Summary
Manage pre-payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Provide internal customer service, maintain employee data, and support payroll-related HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute pre-payroll processes in Tress including data entry, validation, and calculation of hires, terminations, incidents, and benefits.
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.
- Maintain employee information in the HR system, managing personnel movements and ensuring timely updates.
- Ensure compliance with social security (IMSS/IDSE) and other statutory employee transactions.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and pre-payroll issues.
