Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- Standardizes, defines, and owns the process, such that there is (or will be) a single version of the truth, ensuring data is visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete.
- Process mapping, process monitoring and process improvement.
- Ensuring the process is leaner, and more efficient and cost-effective.
- Streamlining process improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and initiative prioritization.
- Collaborates with the improvement teams to digitally enable the process and drive improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring the process outcomes are defined and have specific value metrics.
- Monitor user compliance.
- Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users.
