Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Project Lead to join their busy team on a contract basis
Duties include;
Lead and manage multiple payroll transformation projects, including digitisation, system improvements, and process optimisation Oversee and develop the Analytics Team, ensuring effective delivery and performance Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodology Act as the main escalation point, resolving project issues and ensuring successful oues Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and implementation of payroll solutions Produce reporting, analysis, and documentation (process maps, workflows, specifications) to support decision-making Drive continuous improvement while ensuringpliance with payroll legislation, GDPR, and audit requ...
