Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, verify, and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
- Manage and update employee leave data in the system.
- Ensure all resignation, termination, and new joiner information is properly recorded and reflected in payroll processing.
- Support end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Check and reconcile payroll data, including attendance discrepancies and adjustments.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to payroll.
- Maintain proper documentation and payroll records for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing (preferable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
