Key Responsibilities:

+ Process monthly payroll for all university employment groups.
+ Process bi-weekly payroll for participating university employment groups.
+ Ensure accurate calculation of wages earned.
+ Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
+ Accurately enter hospital payments (UPI & UOC) for affected faculty
+ Accurately enter and update funding and allocations for all university employment groups.
+ Coordinate, enter, and track FAMLI and FMLA in conjunction with the CU Leave Office.
+ Process off-cycle payroll, terminations, and final checks when necessary.
