Payroll Specialist
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time. This role ensures correct computation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a regular schedule (weekly/bi-monthly/monthly)
- Compute salaries, overtime, incentives, and deductions
- Ensure accurate attendance and timekeeping records
- Prepare payroll reports and payslips
- Handle payroll adjustments and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes)
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll records
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, HR, or related course
- With experience in payroll processing (fresh graduates may be considered)
