Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a collaborative finance team in Columbia, South Carolina in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position supports payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 600 employees and is ideal for someone who can manage recurring deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. The role offers standard hours and works closely with the Controller in a remote-friendly environment that values flexibility, teamwork, and respectful communication.

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing across three monthly payroll cycles, including exempt and non-exempt employee groups.
